PORT A : B

Again, there is probably no need for you to access this menu as it should be used for testing purposes only. You should rely on the setting chosen in ATM SELECT, but we will provide a brief overview of this menu. Press the “Up” or “Down” button to move the cursor to “PORT A : B” and press “Set”. The following sub-menu will appear:

Press the “Up” or “Down” button to move the cursor to “ASYNC” and press “Set”. The following sub-menu will appear:

Choices: ANY, 1 through 254

Press the “Up” or “Down” button to move the cursor to “ADDRESS SETUP” and press “Set”. The cursor will start flashing. Press the “Up” or “Down” button to toggle between values and press “Set” when the desired value is dis- played.

BAUD RATE

Choices: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 14.4K, 19.2K, 28.8K, 38.4K, 57.6K, 115.2K

Press the “Up” or “Down” button to move the cursor to “BAUD RATE” and press “Set”. The cursor will start flashing. Press the “Up” or “Down” button to cycle through the values and press “Set” when the desired value is displayed.

PARITY

Choices: NONE, EVEN, ODD

Press the “Up” or “Down” button to move the cursor to “PARITY” and press “Set”. The cursor will start flashing. Press the “Up” or “Down” button to toggle between values and press “Set” when the desired value is displayed.
