My display changed

Depending on your theme, display options such as icons, fonts, and your home screen background might change when you switch themes.

No application opens when I press a Convenience key

Try the following:

•If you haven't done so, assign an application to the key.

•Verify that you didn't delete the application that you assigned to the key.

The screen turns off

When you don't use your BlackBerry smartphone for a period of time, the screen turns off to conserve battery power. You can change the length of time that the backlight stays on when you aren't touching your smartphone.

To turn on the screen, click the trackpad or press a key.

A pop-up menu appears when I touch the screen

When you touch and hold your finger on the screen for a certain amount of time, a pop-up menu appears to provide a quick way to select common menu items.

You can turn off pop-up menus or change the touchscreen sensitivity options to increase the amount of time before pop-up menus appear.
