Six performance modes are available for the 6in1 model MFC8600 and MFC 8700: Fax, Printer, Copier, Scanner, PC Fax and Video Capture.

The MFC 8300 is a 3in1 model: Fax, Printer, Copier.

The FAX 4750 and FAX 5750 are a plain paper fax models.
