Option21 — Keypad Lockout (non--programmablemodelsonly)
This selection allows the installer to limit access toth e keypad. Selections are OF
(off),1 , 2.
OF (off) — The user has full access to the keyp ad.
1 — The user has access to change the setpo ints.
2 — The entirekeypad is locked. When a button is pressed,the backlight will
turnon but none of the operating parameterswill be changed.
Whenthe keypad lock selectionis turned on, the padlockicon will be displayed.
Tounlock the keypad,press and hold the UP/DOWNbuttons simultaneouslyfor
fiveseconds. When the keypad is unlocked,the padlock icon willturn off. The
keypad willremain unlocked for two minutesafter the last buttonpress. After
two minutes with no button presses, the keypad will lock again. The keyp adw ill
not lock in the software configuratio n mode or in the installer test mode.
Default is OF (off).
Option24 — Programmable/Non--Programmable
This selection allows the installer to configu re the thermostat as either
programmableor non--programmable.Selectionsare P,nP.
Defaultis P (programmablemodels only).
Option25 — Number of Programmable Periods
This selection allows the installer to configure the thermostat fo r two or four
periods per day.Two periods is a common commercial applicationand four
periods is more common for residential. T his selection is not available if Option
24 has been set to nP to configure the thermostat for non--programmable
operation.
