Paper jammed in the middle of the paper path

• Open the front cover. You will be able to see

the leading edge of the page. Hold the edge

of the page and pull it gently towards the

back of the machine as shown

Paper jammed in Fusing unit

• Remove the paper by pulling it outward as

shown

Paper jammed in Additional Paper Cassette

• Lift up the standard Paper Cassette

• Press the Paper Lifting Plate of the

Additional Cassette together with the loaded

paper down into the locked position.

• Remove all the paper from the Additional

Cassette and then pull out the jammed sheet.
