3.Press the button that holds the entry you want to edit or delete. The stored number is displayed.
4.To edit the number, press the or buttons to move the cursor under the digit you want to change and enter the new one. To delete a number, press the button when the number is displayed.
5.Press to confirm the change. The display shows the stored name.
6.Edit or delete the name in the same way as the number. Press to confirm the change.
7.Display shows EDIT ANOTHER YES. Press to edit/delete another entry or to return to standby.
Speed dial directory
You can store 50 name and number entries in the speed dial directory. Dial each entry using a
Numbers can be up to 64 digits long, names up to 16 characters.
Store an entry
1.Press repeatedly until the display shows FAX
2.Press repeatedly until the display shows CODED SPEED DIAL then press . Display shows TYPE SPEED NO.
3.Enter the two digit code you want, e.g. and press .
4.Enter the telephone/fax number you want and press .
5.The display shows NAME. Use the keypad to enter the name you want and press to confirm.
If you need to enter a pause into the number you are storing press .
