Press [ ] to switch to the letter mode (:A) or the number mode (:1).

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <FAX SETTINGS> press [Set] twice.
Press [ ] or [ ] to select <GROUP DIAL> press [Set].
Press [ ] or [ ] to select a one-touch speed dialing key (01 to 12) press [Set] twice.
Select the one-touch and/or coded speed dialing numbers you want to register in the group.

Follow this procedure for memory sending:
Place the document on the platen glass or load it in the ADF
Dial the recipient's fax/telephone number.
Manual Sending
Follow this procedure for manual sending:
Connect a telephone to the machine if you want to talk to the recipient before sending a document.
Load the document in the ADF press [FAX].
Pick up the handset of your telephone.

Sending the Same Document to Several Recipients (Sequential Broadcasting)
Enter the fax/telephone numbers you want to send to.
Dialing an Overseas Number (With Pauses)
When you dial or register an overseas number, you may need to insert a pause within the number.
Place the document on the platen glass or load it in the ADF
Use the numeric keys to dial the international access code.
If necessary, press [Pause] to enter a two-second pause (,).
