Printing the USER DATA LIST

The USER DATA LIST allows you to check the current settings of the machine as

well as the registered sender information. (See "Registering Sender Information,"

on p. 2-3.)

Follow this procedure to print the USER DATA LIST:

Press [Menu].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <REPORTS/LISTS> ➞ press [Set].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <USER DATA LIST> ➞ press [Set].

Manual Sending Follow this procedure for manual sending: Connect a telephone to the machine if you want to talk to the recipient before sending a document. Load the document in the ADF press [FAX].
