コールの代行受信

代行受信機能を使用すると、エージェントを通話から切断し、その通話をスーパーバイザ が引き継ぐことができます。つまり、強制的な転送です。

エージェントには、スーパーバイザが代行受信しようとしていることを示すメッセージが 表示され、次に代行受信が開始されたことを示すメッセージが表示されます。

代行受信機能を使用する場合、音声モニタは無効になります。

次の場合は代行受信できません。

エージェントが保留中の場合

エージェントが 2 つのコールを処理中の場合

スーパーバイザが別のコールを処理中の場合

通話を代行受信するには

1.チーム表示ペインで、エージェントのコールを選択します。

2.[代行受信]ボタンをクリックするか、[介入]>[代行受信]の順に選択します。 コールがスーパーバイザに転送されます。

参加中の会議コールを代行受信すると、チーム表示ペインで選択したエージェン トのコールが会議コールから削除されます。会議コールの他の参加者はすべて接 続されたままになります。
