starting number or the prompt information, followed by the return key, for each consecutive number or prompt. After this information is entered, the cursor will move to the Sample Position.

4.In the Sample Position, there are two choices:

a.Print a sample label to check data placement by pressing the Y key for yes. A sample label will print and the cursor will return to the Sample Position. At this point, you can proceed to step b or you can stop the run by pressing the up arrow key to move the cursor back to the Label Name position. Press the

F1 key to re-edit your format in the Create/Modify Label Screen.

b.If you do not need a sample, press the N key or the return key for no. The number of labels you requested will be printed. After the print job request is sent to the Printer, the cursor will move back to the Label Name Position. Additional print jobs now can be sent to the Printer or you can return to the Create/Modify Label Screen.
