Displaying information about consumables with the printer driver

The amount of toner remaining is displayed on the Basic Settings tab when EPSON Status Monitor is installed. The Order Online button is also available. You can set the interval at which the information about the consumables is updated on the Consumables Info Settings dialog box that appears by clicking the Consumables Info Settings button on the Optional Settings tab.

Note:

❏The driver and EPSON Status Monitor use different methods to measure the amount of toner remaining in the cartridge. Because of this, the information that is displayed in EPSON Status Monitor and the Basic Settings tab might be different. Use EPSON Status Monitor to get more detailed information.

❏The country/region and URL for a web site must be specified when installing EPSON Status Monitor to use the function for ordering consumables online.
