You have to clean the scanner frequently as following cases :
●Scan a smooth surface document such as a coated paper.
●Scan a printed document almost fill in the paper.
●Scan a processed with chemicals document such as carbonless paper.
●Scan a document having a high calcium content.
●Scan a lot of penciled document.
CAUTION
Do not clean rubber rollers with Cleaner F2.
