7. MAINTENANCE, TROUBLESHOOTING

7.8Diagnostics

This paragraph provides the procedures for testing the equipment for proper operation. Four tests are provided: Memory I/O test, Keyboard test, Remote controller test, and Test pattern.

7.8.1Memory I/O test

The memory I/O test provides for individual testing of the display unit, GPS Receiver GP-310B/320B, Network Sounder ETR-6/10N, ETR-30N and ARP, displaying program number and checking for proper operation.

1.Press the [MENU] key to show the menu.

2.Press the SYSTEM CONFIGURATION soft key.

3.Press the SYSTEM SETUP soft key.

4.Press the TEST & CLEAR soft key.

5.Press the MEMORY I/O TEST soft key.
