Opposites (Using DOUBLE BOWLS in the CROCK)

Bread Puddings

Vanilla

1(12-ounce) can evaporated milk

2eggs

2tablespoons butter, melted 3⁄4 cup brown sugar

1teaspoon cinnamon

2teaspoons vanilla

6slices bread, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 6 cups)

Chocolate Chip

1(12-ounce) can evaporated milk

2eggs

2tablespoons butter, melted 3⁄4 cup brown sugar

2teaspoons vanilla

1cup chocolate chips

5slices bread, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 5 cups)

Spray double bowls with nonstick cooking spray. Place 6 cups of bread cubes in one double bowl. Combine 5 cups of bread cubes and chocolate chips and place in the other double bowl. Combine the milk, eggs, butter, and brown sugar and pour into each double bowl. Press down bread cubes until all are moistened. Pour water into crock. Place double bowls in crock.

Cover and cook: High – 3 hours
