Paper Menu

The Paper M enu provides access to the printer settings for various paper-handling functio ns. Use

thefollowingprocedureto enterthepapermenu:

1. Press the MENU buttononthecontrolpanel.

2. Press the NEXT button until the text “Paper Men u” isshown on the second line of the dis-

play.

3. Press the SELECT butto n to enter the PaperMenu.

4. Press the NEXT button to move through the submenus: Copies,Default Source,Ma nual

Feed,Output Tray,Media Size/Type,Tr a y Li n k i n g ,Blank Pages,andOutput Linking.

5. Usetheproceduresinthefollowingtabletoaccessandchangetheprinterpaper-handlingset-

tings:

Duplex Bind
This submenu allows
you to define the
binding edge for
duplexed sheets.

1. Press NEXT or PREVIOUS to toggle
betweenLONGEDGEandSHORT
EDGE.
2.PressSELECTtosavethissetting.
Default Source
This submenu allows
you to choose a
default paper source
froma list of all
installed sources.

through the list of available sources
of paper.
2. Press SELECT to set a source as the
default.
