General

PrecisionCell HT filters are designed for high tem- perature applications up to 900o F. They feature the same rugged construction as the standard PrecisionCell. The HT version is manufactured of specially selected components to meet high temper- ature requirements.

They are ideal for paint drying ovens or any appli- cation requiring high efficiency filtration at high tem- peratures. PrecisionCell HT filters are offered in two high temperature operating ranges; 750o F and 900o F and efficiency ranges of 65%, 85% and 95% per ASHRAE Standard 52.1.

Construction

The enclosing frame is manufactured of aluminized steel, which is designed not to be negatively affect- ed by elevated temperatures.

The media pack is protected by air entering and air leaving retainer screens. Grid strap bracing on the air entering and leaving sides maintain the rigidity and integrity of the PrecisionCell HT.

The media is designed for opera i n in high tem- perature applications and manufac ured from one continuous sheet of wet-laid micro-fine fiberglass, which provides the required ten ile strength and operating pressure drop for the e tringent applica- tions.
