7.3SIGN-ON KEYBOARD OPERATORS

In the MAXPRO-Net Crosspoint Matrix Video Switching System, a keyboard must have an operator identity associated with it before access to the video system is allowed.

To sign-on a new operator to the keyboard, press the key. Then, first option of the menu SIGN-ON OPERATOR’ will be displayed. Press Key, then Valid ‘Keyboard Operator List' is displayed.

CAUTION: If the keyboard was signed-off, pressing the

key will automatically select the first option and display the 'Keyboard Operators List.'

This scrolling menu will traverse through the entire list of system operators that are allowed access to the video system. To sign-on, select your operator identity and Press

Key.

Each system operator is given a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Having selected your operator identity, you will be prompted to enter your PIN.

Enter your four digits PIN followed by the key. If sign-on is successful, the menu will exit displaying the original camera on the monitor. The following message is displayed briefly:
