E-mail Alerts
In the Printer Settings section of the HP Utility, select E-mail Alerts to configure the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP4020-CP4520 Series product to send e-mail notifications to users.
If a user name and password have been set, you might need to obtain them from the IT administrator. For more information, see the HP EWS online help.

Click Open E-mail Alerts Settings to open the HP EWS. The HP EWS opens to the Setup screen on the Alerts tab, where you can set notifications.
