Clear jams in the duplexer

Clear jams in the duplexer

A Jam in duplex area message displays on the product control panel.

NOTE: For the dw models, an animation showing the jam-clearing procedure displays on the control panel.

1.Open the rear door.

2.Remove any jammed paper from the duplex area. Use both hands to remove jammed paper to avoid tearing the paper.
