The HP Array Configuration Utility (ACU) is a browser-based utility that:

Can be used online (that is, while the operating system is running)

Has different operating modes, enabling faster configuration or greater control over the configuration options

Suggests the optimum configuration for an unconfigured system

Provides on-screen tips for individual steps of a configuration procedure

Enables online array capacity expansion, logical drive capacity extension, assignment of online spares, and RAID or stripe size migration

The minimum display settings for optimum performance are 1024 x 768 pixels resolution and 256 colors. Refer to the README.TXT file for further information about browser and operating system support.

Installing ACU

Download ACU from the HP website or from the CD that is supplied with the controller, and then install it onto the server.
