Audience

This guide is intended for administrators who need to install and set up Netcool/Precision TN, and configure network element visualization in Netcool/Precision TN.

The guide also explains how network administrators can use Netcool/Precision TN to discover telecom networks, view network topology and inventory.

Netcool/Precision TN works in conjunction with Netcool®/OMNIbus™ and it is assumed that you understand how Netcool/OMNIbus works. For more information about Netcool/OMNIbus, see the publications described in "Associated publications" on page xiii
