Installing a Wireless LAN Card

A wireless LAN card can be installed in either the Mobile Board’s PCI Express Full-Mini connector (Figure 2, J) or its PCI Express Half-Mini card connector (Figure 2, P).

To install a wireless LAN card on the Mobile Board, see Figure 25 and Figure 26 and follow these steps:

1.Observe the precautions in "Before You Begin" on page 35.

2.Insert the wireless LAN card (Figure 25, A and Figure 26, A) into the PCI Express Mini Card connector (Figure 25, B and Figure 26, B) at a slightly upward angle.

3.Align the mounting holes (Figure 25, C and Figure 26, C) and snap the card in place.
