Programming a Group

!The locations you use to create a group MUST BE programmed as One Touch, 2-digit, or 3-digit Speed

Dials before you create a group. Refer to “Programming Speed Dial Numbers.”

Print the Group Directory Report before programming a Group. This report is a reference of group numbers already programmed. See “Reports, Group Directories.”

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the Menu.

2Press to select Location Program, press Enter.

3The cursor will be at Speed Dial, Press to select Group, press Enter.

4Input a group dial number (from 1-20), press Enter.

5Enter locations by pressing either a One Touch key or the Speed Dial number. Press Enter. Continue until all locations are entered. Press Start.

6Enter a Group ID (name), then press Enter.

7Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
