∙The total amount of time your machine spent sending faxes and the total amount of time spent receiving faxes.

∙The date, time and duration (S,R-TIME) of each transmission or reception.

∙The name or telephone number of the fax machine you were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID).

∙The communication mode used.

∙The number of pages.

∙The result.

∙Service codes.

Printing the Activity Report

!The Activity Report automatically prints after your machine completes 30 communications.

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press▲ to select Report Print, press Enter.

3Press ▼ or▲ until the report you want appears on the display. Press Enter.

4Print all the reports you want, then press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
