Sending a Fax to a Group

1Load your documents.

2Enter the group.

There are two ways to enter the group. By Name

By Number

By Name

Press the Speed Dial Search key.

Input the first character of the Group ID. The group name will appear on the display.

By Number

Press the Speed Dial Search key.

Press the # key, and enter xx (xx is the number for the group).

Press the Enter key twice.

The group name will appear on the display.

3Press the Start key.

Finding a Group Name

You can find a group name by using the

∙Group Directory Report

∙Speed Dial/Search

If you do not know the name of the group, use the Group Directory Report or use the Speed Dial/Search, enter the letter a, and scroll through the list.

If you know the name of the group, use the Speed Dial/ Search, enter the first letter of the name of the group, and scroll through the list.
