Before servicing a Lenovo product, be sure to read the Safety Information in Chapter 2 “Safety information” on page 3.

Chapter 8 “Symptom-to-FRU Index” on page 45 and Chapter 11 “Additional service information” on page 165 chapters are not specific to any machine type and are applicable to all ThinkStation computers.

RoHS, The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (2002/95/EC) is a European Union legal requirement affecting the global electronics industry. RoHS requirements must be implemented on Lenovo products placed on the market and sold in the European Union after June 2006.
