Select None, Daily, Mon – Fri, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearlyand press .

6.Select an alarm time forthe event by highlighting the alarm field and pressing .

Select None, OnTime, 5minutes, 10minutes, 1hour, 1day, or2daysand press .

7.Select a ringertype forthe alarm by highlighting the ringerfield and pressing .

To select a ringermenu, press Options>Preloaded, DownloadedRinger,OtherRingers,VoiceMemofor ringers.

8.Press Save(left softkey) to save the event.

When yourphone is turned on and you have an event alarm scheduled, yourphone alerts you and displays the event summary. There are several ways yourphone alerts you to scheduled events:

By playing the assigned ringertype.

By illuminating the backlight.

By flashing the LED.

To silence the alarm and reset the schedule, press .

To view additional options, press the appropriate softkey:

Detail (right softkey) displays the event detail screen.

Snooze (left softkey) silences the alarm and schedules it to replay again in 5 minutes.

ViewingEvents

1.Press >Tools>Scheduler.

2.Select the day forwhich you would like to view events and press . (If you have events scheduled forthe selected day, they will be listed in

chronological order.)
