ContactsEntryOptions

To access a Contacts entry’s options, afterdisplaying the entry, press Options (right softkey) >Edit and press .

Select an option and press .

 [AddName] to add a new contact name to the entry.

 [AddNumber] to add a phone orDC numberto the entry.

 [AddEmail] to add an email address to the entry.

 [DefaultRinger]to assign a preprogrammed or downloaded ringer.

 [Memo]to add a note, street address, orother information.

 [DefaultImage]to assign an image type to the entry.

 [NoSecret]to set.

 [URL]to add aWeb site’s URLto the entry.

 [IM]forInstant Messaging.

Tip	Youcanviewthenextentrybypressingthe
	navigationkeyrightorviewthepreviousentryby
	pressingthenavigationkeyleft.

AddingaPhoneNumbertoa ContactsEntry

1.Display a Contacts entry. (See “Finding Contacts Entries”on page 83.)

2.Press Options (right softkey) >Editand press .

3.Select [AddNumber] and press .

4.Enterthe new phone numberand press .

5.Select a NumberType forthe numberand press .

6.Press Done(left softkey) to save the new number.

Press Options (right softkey) >[Set#Type,SetasMain #,orSetSpeedDial], and then press Done (left softkey) to save yournew settings.
