CAPACITOR BALANCE TEST
WARNING
Service and repair should be performed only by Lincoln Electric factory trained per- sonnel. Unauthorized repairs performed on this equipment could result in danger to the technician or the machine operator and will invalidate your factory warranty. This test will help the technician to determine if the input filter capacitors are being charged equally and to the correct voltage levels. Note: This test should only be conducted with the
