ABOUT QUICK START
The MobilePro 750C H/PC uses the Microsoft® Windows®
CE 2.0 opera ting system, which has a user interface ver y
similar to the Micr osoft Windows 95 and M i c r osoft Win-
dows NT operating systems. This chapter assumes that you
are already fa miliar with at least one of t hese operating
systems.
Our purpose here is to get you ver y quickly up to speed
with your new MobilePro. The information in this cha pter
has intentionally been kept c onc is e. References are inclu ded
to the other area s where you can find more detailed infor -
mation.

Using Your MobilePro H/PC for the First Time
The MobilePro requir es two types of batt eries:
1 rechargeable Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) main battery
1 CR2032 3-volt coin cell backup battery

CAUTION
When using the MobilePro for the fi rst time, install
and charge the main battery before remov ing the
protective insulati ng tab from the backup battery
compartment.
