Troubleshooting
Your MobilePro H/PC is des igned t o provide many hours of
service while you are at home or on t he road.
For optimum performance, f r equently back up a nd s ynchro-
nize the MobilePro data with your notebook or deskt op
computer. Then if s omething ha ppens, most of your da ta is
still available. I f you have problems, check the infor ma t ion
in the following table for poss ible solutions.
Troubleshooting
PROBLEM RESOLUTION
The MobilePro
has no power. Check the main battery.
Check the back-up battery.
If you are using an AC adapter, make sure
the connections are correct and secure.
Make sure the battery bay cover lock is in
the locked position.
Check that the ROM bay cover is properly
secure.
Nothing
appears on the
screen.
Try pressing the Power button again (the
unit might have turned itself off if it was not
used for a specified time).
Adjust the contrast.
Check the power connections.
