LED(s) Description
Annunciator TheAnnunciator backlights the model number of the
moduleand indicates, by its color, the operational
conditionof the module. The conditions are:
Green - The module is performing normally.
Amber- Some portion of the module has failed, or the
moduleis beinginitialized.
Off- The module is not receiving +5 volt power, or the
power level is below the reset limit (4.6 5vo lts).

LEDs
TheseLEDs indicate which backplane EthernetLAN
segmentsare being used. There are 12 green LEDs,
labeledS1 through S12, for the 12 Ethernet segments.
When an LEDis illuminated,it indicatesthat the Remote
AccessConcentrator is connected to the corresponding
backplaneEthernet LAN segment; when off it indicates
thatthe corresponding backplane Ethernet LAN segment
is not connected.
ModuleStatus
LEDs Init- Turns green when the Remote Access Concentrator
beginsthe initialization process after a power-up or reset.
Thisis the first LED that lights after power-up or reset.
The InitLED turns off after the diagnostics have
successfully comple ted.
Unit- Turns green after the Remote Access Concentrator
passesthe power-up diagnostics. Turns amber if the
power-updiagnostics fail.
Net- Turns green after the Remote Access Concentrator
verifiesthat a valid Ethernet connection exists.
Attn- Turns amber when the Remote Access
Concentratorrequires operator attention, that is, in
MonitorMode or when the diagnostic tests fail.
