			signifies that the SNMPv2 entity,
			acting in an agent role, received a
			protocol message that is not
			properly authenticated.
			The snmpEnableAuthenTraps
			object indicates whether this trap
			is generated.
			snmpAuthenOperation-ces
			identifies the operation( ie.
			GetRequest, GetNextRequest,... )
			was attempted.
			snmpAuthenIpAddress-ces
			identifies the source IP address of
			the operation.
			snmpAuthenCommString-ces
			identifies the community string
