To change the setting, from the Main Menu select Setup, Port Settings, then Parallel Comm. Then, follow these steps:
1.Press L or R until you see
PARALLEL COMM
Port r
2.Press E. You will see the current setting, for example:
PORT
External r
3.Press E to select the external port. You are now ready to communicate using an external connection through a cable or external device, such as the external Ethernet print server.
