Monitor none of the component events.
other
Monitors other miscellaneous events.
port
Monitors all port events
switch
Monitors switch management events.
Zoning
Monitors zoning conflict events.
level [level]
Specifies the severity level given by [level] to use in monitoring events for the specified components or ports. [level] can be one of the following values:
critical
Monitors critical events.
warn
Monitors warning events.
info
Monitors informational events. To maintain optimal switch performance, do not use this setting with the Component keyword set to All.
none
Monitors none of the severity levels.
port [ports]
Specifies one or more ports to monitor for events. Choose one of the following values:
<port number list>
Specifies port or ports to monitor. Use spaces to delimit values in the list. Ports are numbered beginning with 0.
all
Specifies all ports.
none
Disables monitoring on all ports.
restore
Returns the port, component, and level settings to the default values.
save
Saves the log settings for the component, level and port. These settings remain in effect after a switch reset. To retrieve the actual log entries, refer to the Set Log Archive command.
