A Make sure that the [Auto Text / Photo] key is selected.

Select the photo mode.

Set your originals, then press the {Start} key.

Text mode

This modes is suitable for copying originals consisting of characters, line dia- grams, and letter, but not photographic images.

A Press the [Text] key.

B Set your originals, then press the {Start} key.

Photo mode

This mode is suitable for copying originals consisting of pictures, photographs, and screened letters/areas, but not solid letters.
