Setting the Default Paper Source
The Default Paper Source feature is used when the paper source is not specified in the job.
1.To set the Default Paper Source make the following selections from the OCP:
Printer / Paper Source / Default / Tray # or AutoSelect /
Setting the Paper Type
The Paper Type feature is used when the type of paper being used is anything other than Plain.
1.To set the paper type for each tray make the following selections from the OCP:
Printer /Paper Type / Tray # / desired paper type /
Setting the Paper Weight
The Paper Weight feature is used when the paper weight being used is anything other than 20lb.
1.To set the paper weight for each tray make the following selections from the OCP:
Printer / Paper Weight / >> / Tray #
2. Using the number pad, enter the value for paper weight and press the | key. |
