4 - Configuring the SAGEM F@st™ 1500 ADSL router

Use the LAN menu to:

•define the port-based VLAN belonging of the physical ports ie VLAN Binding.

•configure the LAN IP address and to enable the DHCP server for dynamic client address allocation.

LAN IP

Description

IP Address

The IP address of the SAGEM F@st™ 1500 ADSL Router.

IP Subnet Mask	The subnet mask of the network.

DHCP Server	The SAGEM F@st™ 1500 ADSL Router comes with the DHCP function. To
	dynamically assign an IP address to client PCs, enable this function.

VLAN Binding

LAN1 to LAN4 / WLAN	Each LAN or Wireless LAN port can be bound to any configured VLAN
	profile.Per default, the LAN and WLAN ports are bound to a default VLAN

Lease Time	Set the IP lease time. For home networks this may be set to Forever, which
	means there is no time limit on the IP address lease.
