Starting the MP3 mode
■You can select the MP3 mode by using the M (Mode) button located on the back of the camera and through the [Mode] menu.
●Selecting the [Mode] menu
1.Insert the battery (p.17).
2. Insert the memory card that holds MP3 files (p.20). As this camera has a 48MB internal memory, you can save
MP3 files on the internal memory too. 3. Close the battery chamber cover.
4. Press the power button to turn on the camera.
5. Press the menu button and a menu will display. (Except for the MP3 and Voice recording mode)
6. Select the [Mode] menu by pressing the Left/ Right button.
7. Select [Still/ Movie/ MP3] or [Full] menu by pressing the Up/ Down button.
- [Still/ Movie/ MP3] : MP3, Still image and Movie clip modes can be selected.
- [Full] : MP3, Voice recording and All recording modes can be selected.
8. Press the Menu button and the menu will disappear.
●Changing the MP3 mode : If the [Still/Movie/MP3] menu was selected, steps from 1~4 are the same as those for selecting the [Mode] menu
5.The mode used just before will display.
6.Press the M (Mode) button located on the back of the camera and the MP3 mode will be selected.
7.Press the Play button ( 
) and an MP3 file will play back. When an MP3 file is playing back, you can use the earphones.
8.Press the M (Mode) button or the Shutter button and the camera mode will change to another mode.
