Note
1.RTP (Real Time Streaming Protocol): International standard protocol to transfer the multimedia data such as voice or image in a high speed by using the UDP
2.TCP: Protocol used in a normal network environment that needs transmission reliability. Connection structure that is always connected to the receiver so the reliability about transmission is high, but it is limited to transfer the massive data in real time with a high speed.
*In case of
3.UDP: Network protocol to transfer the massive data such as multimedia data with a high speed.
- Unicast type: Transmission type that transfers and receives by one to one.
- Multicast type: Transmission type that transfers and receives by one to N, the network load for receivers becomes lower but operates only in the network environment that uses Multicast support router.
*Multicast address is available for the range from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255.
*TTL is the abbreviation for Time To Live, setting how many steps take to deliver the packets without loss to the router. Router will reduce the TTL value one by one whenever it passes packet, after all when TTL reaches 0, it cannot pass the router.
