ADVANCED OPERATIONS

In this chapter, you will learn other ways to send and receive faxes to save transmission costs by sending at preset times, to maintain the privacy of sensitive documents, and to save time by sending the same documents to many different locations.

Note : You can store a maximum of 20 different sending or polling jobs in memory.

Memory Transmission (Broadcasting)

With Memory Transmission, documents are automatically stored in memory and sent to a remote station. You can use this feature to send your documents to multiple locations. After sending, the documents are automatically erased from memory.
