Answering a Voice Request

When the phone rings, pick up the handset and answer it.

When you are finished, replace the handset.

<Call Back Message>

If you donÕt answer the Voice Request within 15 seconds, the machine prints out the number that made the Voice Request, and the time and date the request was made. See ÔCall Back MessageÕ below.

If the Voice Request occurred while receiving, you can resume receiving on the same line after talking with the other end by pressing START.
