7. Printing Lists and Reports

You can print lists showing settings and information entered in the fax machine. You can also print out reports on recent activity and individual operations after they are completed. The lists and reports are described on the following pages.

To print a list, follow the steps below.

2 Press the numeric keys to enter the 2-digit number (“01” to “11”) of the list you want to print.

Press or to scroll through the lists. When the desired list

START/

appears, press ENTER .

•If you selected the Destination List (03): You can select the order in which the destinations (the fax numbers programmed for automatic dialing)

appear. Press 1 (NUMBER) to have the destinations appear in the order

of the Rapid Key and Speed Dial numbers. Press 2 (ALPHABET) to have the destinations appear in alphabetical order (any destinations that do not have a name programmed will appear at the end of the list). After selecting

the order, press

START/

to print the list.
