6 Enter fax numbers using one or both of the following methods:

•Press one or more Rapid Keys.

•Enter one or more Speed Dial numbers with the numeric keys, pressing

before each number (if you enter less than 2 digits for a number,

Note: If you need to delete a number, press or until the destination

8 Return to Step 3 to program another Group Key, or press repeatedly until you return to the date and time display.

5. Special Functions

Editing a group

If necessary, you can add numbers to or delete numbers from a group by

repeating the programming procedure for the Group Key. Press 1 for SET in Step 2 and select the Group Key in Step 3. Add or delete numbers in Step 6. To add a number, press a Rapid Key or enter a Speed Dial number. To delete
