SMART periodicallyreleases updates to its software. These updates addnew features and resolve
issues.
Goto s marttech.com/softwaret o downloadthe latest installation package. SMART provides updates
inMSI file format in the installation package:
lWindows Installer updateinstallation packages (MSI files)
After you downloadan installation packageand extract the updatef iles, place the updatefiles in a
locationon your network that’s accessible to all the computers you plan to update.
IM P O R T A N T
Youcannot roll back an updateafter installing it on your computers. You must remove the full
versionof the soft wareusing Control Panel or the commandline interface (seeR emovingthe
software onpage 65), andthen install the previous version of the software.
