leaning far backwards.

thebest positio n.You can reduce eye strain and muscle fa tigue by adjusting the tilt
ofthe display to the proper position. Adjust the brightnesssetting of the display
aswell.
Lighting – Choose a locationwhere windows and lights do not create glare and
reflectionon t he display.Use indirect lighting to av oid bright spots on the display.
Youcan also purchase accessoriesfor your display that help reduce glare. Proper
lightingadds to your comfort and work effectiveness.
Placementof an external display – When using an external display,set the display
ata comfortable viewing distance. Makesure the display screen is at eye level or
slightly lower when you are sitting in front of the m onitor.
