Navigationkeys Severalkeys are devoted to moving the cursor on the screen.
Correctionkeys The Insert,Back Space,andDeletekeysenable you to make corrections

Function keys Thetw elve function keys along the top of the k eyboard are used to
performdesignated tasks. For example, in many applications,F1 is the
Helpkey.The task associated with each functionkey m ayvary from one
applicationto the next.
Escapekey TheEsc (Escape) key is used to cancel commands.
PrintScreen key The Print Screen key takes an electronic snapshoto f the screenand
placesit in the Windows Clipboard. You canthen paste the screen shot
intoa document an d print it.
Operatorkeys Severalkeys are always used with at least one other key: Ctrl,Alt,and
Shift.Whenhelddownwithanotherkey,theCtrl(Control) and Alt
(Alternate)keys offer another way to give commands. For example, in
manyapplications, instead of choosing the Save command from a
menu, you can hold down Ctrl and pre ss S(referredto as C trl+S).Th e
Shiftkey is used to produce capital letters or special symbols such as @
and $.
Windows®key Thekey with the Window s®logodisplaysthe Windows®Startmenu; it
isequiva lent to clicking the Start butto n on the task bar. See

Fnkey TheFn key is used in combination with other keys to issue commands.
