I cannot import any data to my computer with DVgate

Makesure that you have not selected the UltimateBattery Life power saving mode. If

you are in Ultimate Battery Life m ode, select another mode.

About the display

The game images or video images are not clear

Right-clickthe application bar of the PowerPanel software, choose "CPU speed

settings",and take the check off the box "Auto ". Thenset the speed control to 100%.

Seethe on-line help of the PowerPanel software for details.

My LCD does not display anything

Check thatthe compu teris plugged i nto apo wers ourceand that it is turned on.

Check that the power indicator on the front panel of the comput eri s on.

Check thatthe bat terypac ks are inserted properlyand that they a recharged.

Adjustthe brightness of the LCD.

Thecomputer may be in LCD (video) standby mode. Press any key to activatethe

display.

The screen image on my external display is not centered or sized properly

Use the controls on your external display to adjust the image .P lease refer to the

manualsupplied with your display for more information.

The video image on my screen is too dark

Ifan external display is connected to the Monitor connector,disconnect the display.
