Check that the INPUT MODE is not set to “COAXIAL FIXED” for the sources from the OPTICAL input jack, nor set to “OPTICAL FIXED” for the sources from the COAXIAL input jack.

•When all speakers are set to “LARGE” and “Neo:6 Cinema,” or “Neo:6 Music” is selected, there is no sound from the sub woofer.
The surround effect cannot be obtained.
