7.Read the POST output to determine if you need to perform service actions. See Section 2.6.3, “Interpreting POST Messages” on page 2-38.

2.6.2.2Using the CLI to Change POST Parameters

1.Verify the current post parameters with the show command. Type:

->show /HOST/diag

/HOST/diag

Targets:

Properties: level = min mode = normal

trigger = power-on-reset error-reset verbosity = normal

Commands: cd set show

2.Type the set command to change the POST parameters.

TABLE 2-7describes how the POST settings will execute. This example shows how to set the verbosity to max.

-> set /HOST/diag verbosity=max Set ’verbosity’ to ’max’
